Eight years ago I followed my dream and swapped the hassle of the Criminal Courts with the peace and beauty of the seas for good. Before, I was not only a lawyer but already a mentor, a coach, and a trainer. I practiced law and shared my passion, knowledge, experience, and my magic tricks with the next generation of lawyers, law clerks, and auditors.
Today I feel blessed I can continue this practice of giving back in diving as well as in Emergency First Response. I still work as an instructor and love to teach people diving courses of all levels and EFR, and I love to share my experiences with my candidates and to spread my values of a safe industry.
Being PADI Course Director only since 2021, I cannot refer to thousands of PADI Instructors in hundreds of IDCs over the past couple of decades. But I look back on a legion of successful professionals trained by me in various fields, which got inspired by my love for what I am doing.
I am one of the newest PADI Course Directors with the freshest IDC knowledge as I was trained recently by the people who actually designed the Instructor Development Course as it is today.
My mission is to teach my candidates not only to pass an exam. Even more important is to develop them into great instructors who enjoy their work, and teach their students enthusiastically but stay humble regarding their responsibility for their customer's safety and the industry's reputation. I personally train them to the best of my abilities and focus on making their PADI IDC the once-in-a-lifetime event it deserves to be.
Nardine comes with a decade of experience in the diving industry. She speaks French and English. As a teacher, she is extremely patient and clear with her instructions and an asset for our candidates for a successful IDC.
Mo is a passionate IDC Staff Instructor dedicated to transforming diving enthusiasts into confident and skilled professionals. With years of experience, He takes pride in guiding aspiring dive instructors through their development.
Circle Divers Dahab opened 2018. Aside from the main tourist hustle and bustle, it is an extremely chilled place. Located at the Lagooa Area, Circle Divers is close to the beautiful dive sites south of Dahab, but only a short taxi ride away from the epicenter. Circle Divers also operates a busy dive center in Sharm el Sheikh so you can get the best of diving in South Sinai from one operation.
The beautiful facility has an air-conditioned classroom and a house reef just outside the door. We don't lose time on logistics but can go straight from the classroom to the water to practice what we learned.
Dahab means gold in Arabic, and this is not an exaggeration. Just a couple of hours away from Europe, we enjoy an endless summer. The climate conditions allow diving throughout the year with water temperatures between 22 - 30 degrees.
Dahab is famous for its abundance of corals and clear waters. It offers the perfect arena to learn diving on all recreational and professional levels, including freediving and technical diving. Dahab is also a popular destination well known for wind- and kitesurfing, with steady winds and flat water conditions.
Surrounded by beautiful desert landscapes, and mountains Dahab offers several hiking trails that lead to nearby mountain peaks, oases, and can also be visited with guided quad tours. The mountain places offer great views of Dahab and the Red Sea. But most of all, we have a breathtaking view of Saudi Arabia during sunset.
Dahab is home to a mix of Bedouin, Egyptian, and international communities, which gives it a unique cultural flavor. There are many local markets, cafes, and restaurants where you can try traditional foods and interact with friendly locals or just relax and soak up the sun.
